This film folder converts a single film sheet into flat, double-layer folded film through a triangular forming unit. Automatic web guiding and speed-responsive tensioning maintain uniform output, while the split design reduces transport space and integration with a sealer lowers film-change frequency.

Product Features
· The folding machine adopts a split design, with the former and film frame separated and combined to
minimize transportation space.
· The triangular forming unit shapes a single sheet of film into a double-layer folded film, ensuring a flat
surface and no film waste after folding.
· The machine is equipped with an automatic adjustment and deviation correction device, as well as an
automatic tensioning function that adjusts tension automatically according to the speed.
· The former is covered with anti-static cloth to guarantee uniform and flat film output.
· The film holder can accommodate film rolls with a diameter up to 1000mm;
· The machine can be used in conjunction with a sealing and cutting machine, reducing film change
frequency and improving work efficiency
