Fully-auto Static Sealing & Shrink Wrapping
Long strip cylindrical products, rod-shaped goods, tube materials
View DetailsFully-auto Banknote Wrapper
This fully automatic banknote wrapper completes feeding, compression, strapping, sealing and shrinking in one process at 5–8 packs per minute. It supports serial numbers, entered information and QR-code printing, with computer connectivity for corresponding data collection.
View DetailsFilm Folder
This film folder converts a single film sheet into flat, double-layer folded film through a triangular forming unit. Automatic web guiding and speed-responsive tensioning maintain uniform output, while the split design reduces transport space and integration with a sealer lowers film-change frequency.
View DetailsAuto Bagging Machine
A fully automated machine that cuts, loads and heat-seals bags without manual intervention. Servo drives, sensor and PLC interlocking support precise high-speed feeding, while parameter-based changeovers, real-time HMI monitoring and film-run-out or jam alarms improve operating efficiency and consistency.
View DetailsAuto Banknote Sealer & Shrink Tunnel
A compact POF shrink-wrapping system for bank money, banknotes and bank bills, suitable for operations with limited floor space. Constant-temperature sealing produces straight, firm seals, while adjustable tunnel temperature and conveyor speed provide controlled shrinking.
View DetailsHow to Select an Industrial Shrink Wrapping Machine
Choosing the right machine starts with the actual product range, not a nominal model size. Share the minimum and maximum product dimensions, individual or bundled weight, and whether packs are rigid, soft, round, irregular, unstable, or sharp-edged. Define the sustained target speed in packs per minute and any peak demand. Confirm the film material and thickness, such as POF, PE, or PVC, plus the required appearance and seal strength. Product geometry, film, and throughput determine whether an L-bar, side-seal, sleeve-seal, or other sealing and cutting method is appropriate.
For the shrink tunnel, specify temperature range, air volume and circulation, conveyor type, belt loading, and cooling needs. Explain upstream and downstream interfaces, including infeed spacing, sensors, coding, checkweighing, case packing, and line-control signals. Provide available floor space, access and maintenance clearance, electrical voltage and frequency, and compressed-air pressure and capacity. State the destination country so guarding, electrical design, documentation, and applicable safety compliance can be reviewed.
For a useful quotation, send dimensioned drawings, clear product photos, representative samples when practical, the intended packing pattern, and a video of the current production line. KUKO can then evaluate product handling, film consumption, sealing stability, tunnel settings, utilities, integration scope, and commissioning requirements, and recommend a configuration based on operating conditions rather than a generic machine label.
