For an application-specific quotation, please share the minimum and maximum product dimensions, weight, shape, required packs per minute, and preferred film material and thickness. Describe how products arrive from upstream equipment, the required discharge or downstream connection, conveyor height, accumulation needs, and available layout space. We also need your electrical supply, frequency, compressed-air pressure and capacity, and any preferred component or control standard. Please identify the destination market and required safety or electrical standards. · Equipped with a parameterized adjustment function, it allows rapid product switching within preset ranges;
· Adopting an external film roll arrangement, facilitating the installation of larger-sized film rolls. It is also equipped with automatic film welding and switching functions, enabling consumable replacement within continuous operation, the film rolls are placed on one side of the equipment to make easier operation;
· Adopting the "flying cut" technology for its cutting knife. It can automatically detect the film cutting and sealing positions based on the product movement gaps, maximizing the equipment's production capacity;
· Adopting a double-set timing belt structure design, ensuring the synchronization of product running speed and noise reduction;
