Fully-auto Sealing Machine + Shrink Tunnel (Center-folded Film)

Designed for long and heavy products such as flooring and gypsum board, this fully automatic system uses center-folded PE film to complete feeding, wrapping, sealing, shrinking and cooling. Its linear feed accommodates unlimited product length, while even hot-air circulation supports consistent shrink results.

Product Features

· GH-6030AD+ SF-6040E is mainly used for the long and heavy products, such as the flooring, gypsum board

etc. It is one-piece design folded PE film packaging machine. The maximum film width is up to 1600mm;

· Using specially designed sealing knife, sealing line is very solid with non-cracking and anti-stick;

· Adopt imported touch screen, various settings and operations can be done easily via the touch screen;

· This machine has no length limits for using linear feed system. It can connect with the production line,

automatic feeding, film wrapping, sealing, shrinking and cooling in one step to achieve unmanned

production (it also can be operated independently);

· With the introduction of international advanced technology and production process, the equipment

performance is reliable and stable;

· Compared with the traditional single film machine, its structure of folded film is compact with small covering

area that improves the packaging speed;

· With down-film structure, automatic punching is to drill away the air and convenient film-changing function

assures the safety of the operator;

· The usage of Fatek PLC and touch screen achieves the integrations of mechanism, electricity and pneumatic;

· Using imported photoelectric to detect exact position;

· Imported conveyor belt is durable and the use of frequency inverter controls transmission speed which has Product Featuresthe function of infinitive speed;

· Film formers can be adjusted to ensure excellent sealing according to the size of the product. Fully-closed

design can assure the good sealing of shrink wrapping;

· The machine doesn’t produce waste film which is in line with environmental requirements;

· High strength thin-film to prevent from wearing during transportation.

· SF-6040E using imported double air circulation motors, so that the hot air in the oven can spread more

evenly to get a good shrink effect;

· Chain bar conveying, using solid steel covered with durable imports silicone tube;

· The outlet uses a cooling fan so that the products can rapidly cooling after heat-shrinking
